1. Cordoba, Spain

Imagine strolling through the bustling squares of Verona, through its Shakespearean piazzas and lanes with your camera by your side! Famously known as the town where Shakespeare based his Romeo and Juliet, Verona boasts one of the most romantic views to photograph from all the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Europe.

3. Tallinn, Estonia

Think of a scene right out of your favorite childhood fairy-tale. The magical city of Tallinn does actually exist beyond the boundaries of your imagination. With its curved domes, medieval streets and cobbled walls, the charm of Tallinn silently urge a photographer to never leave.

Possibly one of the most popular tourist attractions in France, the Palace of Versailles offers plenty of unforgettable sights whether you’re with or without your camera! 5. Lake Bled, Slovenia

The sublime charm of Lake Bled in Slovenia remains unparalleled against many sceneries of its kind. Lake Bled lures a photographer in with its enchanting hues and varying terrain. Host to a small tear-shaped island to its right and 6km trail around, this destination offers plenty of picturesque views to capture.

6. Bryggen, Norway

Despite being ravaged by many fires, Bryggen is built on the foundations laid in the 12th century. If that doesn’t scream a must-visit location of historic importance, we don’t know what does. With its tiny arched and colorful houses, fish markets, museums, and vendors selling local crafts, Bryggen is reminiscent of a time bygone.

7. Cinque Terre, Italy

With sights which appear to have stepped right out of postcards of your dreams, the picturesque appeal of Cinque Terre remains unrivaled. It hardly comes as a surprise that Plitvice National Park in Croatia is fast becoming a popular tourist destination. Boasting natural fauna as well as terraced lakes merging into myriads of waterfalls, it’s hard to resist a dip in its turquoise waters!
