If you didn`t find your country in the list above that means that the shipping rate for you is 9.03 EUR.
- SMARTKAT CATAMARANS:
Europe- FREE (Door-to-Door Service).
Rest of the world- 290 EUR (Delivery to nearest airport for customer pickup).
- VURTEGO POGO STICKS:
Please bear in mind that the shipping prices change slightly according to the daily exchange rate variations.

How long does the shipping take?
Smartkat catamarans delivery time: in the countries of the EU - 5-7 days. In countries outside the EU, delivery shall take 7-10 days. We use UPS courier for Smartkat.
Vurtego Pogo Sticks are delivered to the most countries in 5-10 days. Speed courier is responsible for the delivery.
How do we ship parcels?
Smartkat catamarans are being sent from Austria- the country of manufacturing.
Vurtego Pogo Sticks will be shipped to you from US, California- the country and state of manufacturing.
Do we cover customs fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country. Please check the information about custom rules in your country HERE.
How do we provide tracking information to you?
If you already made an order you can track it on our Tracking Page. You will be given instructions for tracking your parcel after the item will be shipped from our warehouse. If you haven’t received tracking code info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking status is “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
