Returns and refunds

What items are returnable?

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • In original condition and packaging.
  • Unwashed and Unworn. 

Full or partial refund?

* Full Refund if you don't receive your order.

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within 60 days from the date of purchase. We mention 60 days because in rare cases customs hold the parcel for several weeks and unfortunately we can not speed up this process.

* Full / Partial Refund, or Exchange if the item is not as described.

If your item is significantly different from the product description or has shipping damages, you can:

  • Get a full refund and return the item to our warehouse to inspect it. You pay the return shipping fee if the return is agreed. Original shipping charge (if took place) is non-refundable. 
  • Get a partial refund and keep the item. Each case is discussed individually. 
  • Claim the exchange of the item for a new piece or another item. The difference in cost is returned to you if the new item is cheaper or you will be charged the difference in cost if the new item is more expensive. Original shipping charge (if those took place) is non-refundable. Contact us by e-mail or phone about the exchange of your order. 

Very important: 

The refund in case the product is not as described  will be proceeded only after you send us the detailed pictures or video of the product. You will get an email from us with a request after you proceed the return procedure. Without pictures we can not identify what is wrong with the product and as a result can not refund you. 

    What items are non-refundable?

    • Free gifts or promotional items.
    • Intimate or sanitary goods, some health, and personal care items. 
    • Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
    • An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.

    Are there any charges for the return?

    • There is no charges for return.
    • Original shipping charges (if those took place) is non-refundable. Except if you are getting a full refund, because you haven`t received your order on time.
    • You are responsible for return shipping charges if those take place.

    How do I return?

    • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return.
    • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
    • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10-14 business days, depending on the bank you use.


    How do I get a warranty service from tripatricks?

    In case if your product has some issues and is eligible for warranty, we will provide you with an appropriate warranty service during the whole period. The information about the warranty duration is given in product descriptions

    Please note that warranty period starts from the delivery date. Keep the postal documents and original packing during the whole warranty period. 

    To claim the warranty you will need to contact us via email in order to proceed with your case. We will instruct you what product video or photo we need to initiate the warranty service. Each case will be managed personally by our team.

    All sales are backed with a 30 day no questions asked return period. Just shoot us an email at letting us know you’d like to return it. We’ll get back to you with the mailing address. From there, just package your order up and sent it back. Once we get it we’ll refund your money.

    We typically charge a $25 restocking fee for returns which covers our need to replace parts and refurbish the stick to sell as a used model. If your return is in perfect condition with no perceptible scratches or signs of use, we’ll refund your entire purchase less the cost of shipping it to you.


    In the case that you purchased the wrong size and would like to replace it with a new one, just get in touch with us. Send your stick back to us and we’ll send a new one in its place. Keep in mind that depending on the condition of your stick we may need to charge a small restocking fee.


    Every single pogo stick is hand-crafted in California, US. Then the item is inspected and bounce tested each one prior to boxing and shipping them out. Because of that, our rejects are very low.

    Our pogo sticks comes with a 1 year warranty on parts. During that year we will replace or repair any part on your pogo stick that breaks or is defective. Damage due to misuse or modifications is excluded from the warranty.

    Handlebars are excluded from the warranty because they are designed to give way in order to help prevent potential injuries. From time to time, people do break the handlebars, for which we sell replacement packs (3 in a pack) on our site.

    The warranty does not transfer ownership and is only valid with proof of ownership. If you sell the pogo stick to to another person the warranty will not apply to them.

    Most issues that do occur in the lifetime of our sticks are pretty easily fixed with a phone call and maybe a small replacement part (o-ring, shock absorber…). From time to time, we do have sticks out there that people can’t repair on their own, which we’ll repair for free within the warranty period.

    Please save the original packaging and invoices until the end of the warranty period.

    Smartkat catamarans


    The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you purchase, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract by email:
    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

    If you withdraw from the contract no later than fourteen days after the date on which communication of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us, we will reimburse you the payments for products we have received from you. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something different was agreed. We may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been returned to us for inspection.

    You must send back or drop off the goods to us no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods prior to expiry of the 14 day deadline. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.




    • If a Smartkat product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product without charge. We will use reasonable discretion to determine the validity of warranty claims.
    • The warranty period starts on the delivery date. The date of delivery needs to be noted on the warranty card, which is to be completed with all the relevant information and returned to the local dealer.
    • Wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.
    • All components/parts replaced or repaired under warranty will receive the remaining warranty of the original part or components.
    • If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages - do not accept the delivery! Please get confirmation from the deliverer about the parcel and get in contact with us as soon as possible via email
    • Please save the original packaging and invoices until the end of the warranty period.


    Customers receive an additional 6 month warranty on top of
    their standard warranty if they agree to register their Smartkat within 90 days of purchase. Please email us on to register your catamaran.

    The customer has the option of purchasing an additional 12
    month warranty within 90 days of purchase. Please email us on to get the extended warranty.
